Classified Plant Management Program
The AMMS Group is currently undertaking the development and implementation of corporate classified plant management program from senior management through to site operations for world leading iron ore producer over a three year period.
The AMMS Group classified plant management program is delivered by our Asset Integrity Team
Our highly experienced team facilitates the following under our Classified Plant Management program:
- Implement and manage an Itinerant Classified Plant Management System.
- Implement and manage a Fixed Plant, Classified Plant Management System and Manual.
- Implement and manage a Duty of Care Plant and equipment management system.
- Implement and manage the inclusion of the Classified Plant Management system into the existing site CMMS.
- Implement an inspection schedule for all existing Fixed Classified Plant, Itinerant Classified Plant and Duty of Care items for all sites listed within this scope of service.
- Undertake statuatory inspections on all related equipment in accordance with Mines Safety Inspection Regulations 1995, (MSIR).
- Undertake 3 monthly audits on the existing Classified Plant Management System.
- Develop a Repairs and Modifications procedure in accordance with the return to service requirements of Classified Plant under the requirements of MSIR.
- Implement a training and development program covering the roles and responsibilities of employees working under the Mines Safety Inspection Regulations, (MSIR) and the Mines Safety and Inspection Act, (MSIA).
