Justin Ridley - Managing Director

Justin Ridley joined AMMS Group in 1997 as Operations Manager.  Justin was appointed Chief Executive Office in 2005 and became Managing Director in 2009. With a pioneering approach, Justin has played a key role in the development of the AMMS Group’s Asset Management Methodology, transforming AMMS Group into the successful Asset Management Company it is today.

 

Justin’s leadership skills and ability to leverage the Company’s assets are instrumental in spearheading the Company’s efforts to drive significant growth and new business opportunities, and ensuring it meets the changing needs of Asset Management both today and into the future.

 

Sean Bilich - Director

Sean Bilich started AMMS Group over 20 years ago in order to provide fabrication and maintenance services to the mining industry. Sean has been instrumental in expanding the business further with the addition of Labour Management and Engineering and Construction Services. Since starting the company, Sean’s hard work and expertise has ensured the ongoing growth and development of the business, incorporating holistic Asset Management Services supporting all facets of the Asset Management Lifecycle.

 

Sean's skills and comprehensive knowledge of the Maintenance and Fabrication industry ensures he is both an integral part of and the driving force behind the superior services that AMMS Group can offer. 

 

Peter Thompson - Maintenance Services Manager

Peter Thompson joined AMMS Group in July 2009 as Maintenance Services Manager based in Southern Cross.   Peter brings experience in managing workshop and onsite maintenance, construction and engineering works within the resources and industrial sectors throughout Australia.

 

Peter manages a dedicated team of professionals from trade personnel through to project supervisors who can carry out all your maintenance needs.

 

Grace Jenkins – Asset Services Manager

Grace joined AMMS Group in January 2006 with a strong background in client management and business development. Since joining AMMS Group Grace has progressed to the position of Asset Services Manager ensuring operations, quality service and best practice for our Labour Management Services and Asset Integrity Services are carried out in a safe and organised manner at all times.
